Portal Learner
A Learner is a user enrolled in a course on the AOM platform. Learners enrolled in a Portal or Sub-Portal will experience the branding specific to that Portal or Sub-Portal.
Learners can belong to multiple Portals and Sub-Portals simultaneously. Additionally, a Portal Admin can also be added as a Learner within the same Portal they manage or in a different Portal.
Learners have the flexibility to switch between different Portals or Sub-Portals using the Select Portal dropdown available in the sidebar menu.
- On logging in as a Learner you will be re-directed to the Learner's Dashboard.

- The Learner can select the Portal from the Select Portal dropdown. On select the learner will be switched to the selected Portal.

The dashboard includes a sidebar with various menu options, as described below.
1. My Learning: The My Learning menu in the sidebar provides access to all learning content the learner is enrolled in. It includes two sections: My Courses and My Learning Paths, allowing learners to easily view and continue their assigned training.


2. Browse Library: The Browse Library menu in the sidebar provides access to all available learning content. It displays membership courses and learning paths, along with portal content that is available for users to self-enroll, allowing learners to browse and enroll in additional training as needed.

3. My Achievements: The My Achievements tab allows learners to view their accomplishments and earned recognitions.
- My Certificates: The My Certificates tab displays a list of all certificates assigned to the learner, allowing learners to view and access their earned certifications in one place.

4. My Account: The My Account tab provides access to the learner’s account-related information and settings.
- My Profile: The My Profile tab displays the learner’s profile information, allowing learners to view and manage their personal details.

- My Announcements: The My Announcements tab displays a list of all announcements received by the learner, ensuring learners can stay updated with important notifications and updates.

- My Orders: The My Orders tab displays a list of all purchased products and order history, allowing learners to review their transactions and purchase details.

- My Subscriptions: The My Subscriptions tab displays a list of all active and past subscriptions, allowing learners to view and manage their subscription details easily.
