Permissions
This page provides an overview of all available staff permissions and the actions staff members can perform when granted specific permissions.
Course Management
- Manage Course Content & Memberships: Allows staff to create, edit, and clone courses, learning paths, and memberships, along with all available modules. Staff can also create and edit certificates.
- Manage Course Enrollments: Enables staff to manage course enrollments, remove users from courses, evaluate pending submissions, and assign certificates.
- Delete Course Content: Grants staff the ability to delete courses and their content.
User Management
- Manage Users: Allows staff to create and edit users in the system.
- Bulk Upload Users: Enables staff to create multiple users via bulk upload. They can also assign users to specific portals, courses, learning paths, or memberships. However, this permission alone does not grant the ability to manage course enrollments beyond the bulk upload process.
- Delete Users: Allows staff to delete users from the system, except for owners.
- Manage User Announcements: Grants staff the ability to create and edit announcements for users.
- Manage Custom User Fields: Enables staff to create custom fields for learners.
E-Commerce & Subscription Management
- Manage Orders & Subscriptions: Allows staff to create, edit, and delete orders and subscriptions, as well as view invoices.
- Manage Products: Grants staff the ability to create, edit, clone, and delete products.
- Manage Coupons: Enables staff to create, edit, and manage coupons.
- View E-Commerce Reports: Allows staff to view all e-commerce reports, including Yearly Sales, Monthly Sales, Product Breakdown, Export Orders, and Cart Abandonment.
Reporting & Logs
- View LMS Reports: Allows staff to access all LMS reports, including Course Overview, Learning Path Overview, Course Insight, Student Insight, Learning Path Insight, Survey Analysis, and Quiz Analysis.
- Manage Site Audit Logs: Grants staff access to the Site Audit Log Report and User Metrics Report.
Email & Communication Management
- Manage Emails: Allows staff to update and manage all email templates under Settings > Email.
Gamification & Engagement
- Manage Gamification & Settings: Enables staff to configure gamification settings, and create/edit/delete badges, gamification events, and leaderboards.
Integrations & Site Management
- Manage Integrations: Grants staff permission to manage settings for all system integrations.
- Manage Portals: Allows staff to create, edit, manage, and delete portals. They can also manage portal users, enroll users in portal content, and create portal pages, menus, and announcements.
- Manage Site Pages, Menus & Marketing: Enables staff to create, edit, and delete pages, edit menus, and manage the site's branding.
